Grubdudes: THE BOOK.

Yeah, OK – I’m no chef. Hardly a cook. But I do have an appetite and I know what I like to eat – and I’m here to make you hungry.
That is my philosophy going into this new cookbook I am writing. It JUST may CHANGE the way you look at, cook and EAT food. I know, that’s a lot to say in one sentence, but I have been practicing with a writing instructor.

VendrTV comes to Boston – Has a SpeedDog

Dan Delaney emailed me and intro’d his website and new episode of VendrTV. There are only a few things in this world I could watch all day long, and one of them is grilling. More specifically, burgers, dogs, sausage – you get the picture. So it was with no hesitation I watched this video (3 times) and wanted to share it with you all… check out the dogs after the jump!
America’s Great Deli’s (good rainy day car reading)

I got this book as a gift from my mother about a week ago. It sat in the backseat of my car, and finally today while listening to some Sirius, I decided to check it out. The good stuff starts at the Deli time line (6000 BCE, who knew?) and goes through to current day about innovations, invenstions, preserving, and signature dish’s, familes and all the stuff that goes along with all the great Deli’s in America.
